I was honored to be re-elected for a second term on City Council on November 7, 2023.
I ran for Ward 4 City Councilor in Somersworth to build on my experience as an At-Large City Councilor in the 2020-21 term. My campaign focused on continuing the work I’ve been passionate about, including affordable housing, sustainable development, and community engagement. As someone deeply invested in our community, I was excited to connect with Ward 4 residents and discuss their specific concerns and hopes for our neighborhood.
Throughout the campaign, I emphasized my track record of advocacy for zoning improvements, education funding, sustainable energy projects, and economic development. I also highlighted my involvement in local, regional, statewide, and national coalitions around sustainability, leadership, and LGBTQ rights.
The race was a great opportunity to deepen my connections within Ward 4 and to share my vision for how we could work together to address the unique challenges and opportunities in our ward. I was honored to be elected, and am committed to serving the people of Somersworth and continuing to work towards making our city an even better place to live for all residents.
